We did a 5 mile warmup, then we ran another 3 miles at 6:15-6:30 pace. Then the last 2 miles we would drop it. I hit a 5:15-5:17 for that first mile, then I was around 4:49-4:52 for that last mile. Then we headed up to Cedar for the college race, and we met Cam Levins, all in all today was sick. And Hayden Hawks won the race.
