I did 7x1Ks by myself. I missed the workout yesterday. The guys were averaged around 3:05-3:10. For myself I averaged around 3:03. It was fairly controlled, really excited to see the hard work pay off in the spring.

Had a workout 3x2Ks, I averaged around 6:20. I felt really strong and smooth. I haven’t felt overworked lately in these workouts.

So, its been a awhile since I've been on FastRunningBlog, but a lot of people have been asking how I've been doing. I have some time on my hands, so I might as well keep some of you updated on my progress as a runner.

Did a 60%, I averaged 5:22 for 7 miles. My slowest being a 5:45, and the fastest being a 5:02 (last mile) I've been feeling really strong lately.
